Policies
12% Mandatory Government Accommodation Tax added to all bookings
Generally we require at least a 5 night minimum stay but will waive this if it fills a hole in our calendar. Please inquire even if staying less than 5 nights.
50% due at time of booking, 50% 15 days prior.
Cancel less than 90 days out 50% refund. Cancel less than 15 days out, no refund.
Hurricane Policy. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance that covers weather disruptions if travelling during Hurricane Season (June-October) However we will refund any unused nights if your airline cancels your flight due to a Tropical Storm or Hurricane warning. We will also refund any unused nights if you must leave early ONLY if there is a posted Tropical Storm or Hurricane Watch or Warning in effect for Providenciales.
Air conditioning use is billed at cost (no markup).
